Ramush Haradinaj recalls signing agreement ending Kosovo war

Former Kosovo Liberation Army Commander Ramush Haradinaj has recalled the 27th anniversary of the signing of the Kumanovo Agreement, which marked the withdrawal of the army, police and Serb paramilitary from Kosovo, following crimes against the unarmed Albanian population.
Through a Facebook post, the former head of the Alliance said the KLA's liberation war, with its just cause, managed to win support from the US-led democratic states and NATO, which for three months bombed Yugoslavia, Milosevic's genocide regime.
Kosovo's “People remain eternally grateful to America and the democratic world for the country's freedom and independence”, it has written.
