Pec's prosecution seeks detention for two people suspected of bribery in the Gorazevc election process

The Founding Prosecutor in Pec, the Randa Crime Department, has filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure against the two persons arrested during yesterday, under suspicion of involvement in criminal work “Marqa or the grant of bribery concerning voting”.
According to the report, the detainees have allegedly committed criminal acts in the village of Gorodavc of the Peja municipality during the election process, after which they were arrested by Kosovo police.
The prosecution has indicated that, in co-ordination with law enforcement agencies, it will take all necessary investigative actions for the full lighting of the case and ensuring relevant evidence.
“According to initial allegations, the detainees have committed high-ranking criminal work in the village of Gorodevc of the Peja municipality, after which they were arrested by Kosovo Police. The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec, in co-ordination with competent law enforcement agencies, will undertake all necessary investigative actions aimed at fully lighting this criminal case and providing relevant evidence”. / Periscopi/
