Arian Alijaj, a convict of participation in the Syria war in the middle of the past decade, and Spartak Dremak, are two of the three men who were arrested Tuesday afternoon in a Special Prosecutor's Operation, assisted by Kosovo Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
The three detainees are suspected of a series of serious criminal acts, including participation in organised criminal groups, financing terrorism and money laundering.
Arian Alijaj is known for justice organs and specifically for the Special Prosecutor, who had prosecuted him 10 years ago, reports PaparacyPeriscope broadcast.
In 2016, during a court trial that was accused of terrorism, Alijaj had reached agreement with special prosecutor Abdurrahim Islam for admission of guilt. On November 21, 2016, Alijaj had been sentenced to two and a half years in prison by a judge of the Constitutional Court in Pristina.

Alijah, along with another person, was accused of joining the foreign paramilitary formations involved in the Syrian war by March 2016. He was detained by Turkish authorities after returning from Syria in May the same year.
From Turkey, it was extradited to Kosovo at the request of Kosovo justice authorities. In Kosovo, he was tried for terrorism.
Arrested Alijaj turns out to be close to Spartak Dramaku, the next detainee in Tuesday's action, shows photos published on social networks that show them in each other's society.
Both of them, based on activities displayed on their social networks, were involved in the cryptovalut business.
