US-Iran technical talks to resume next week, Pakistani Foreign Ministry says

Technically-level talks between the US and Iran are expected to resume next week, says Pakistan's Foreign Ministry, writes CNN.
“Conversations are continuing. This is just a temporary pause and not a suspension of the” process, Pakistani Foreign Ministry spokesman Tahir Hussain Andrab said at a news conference Wednesday.
The memorandum of understanding signed last week between the US and Iran aims to stop fighting, open the Hormuz Strait and offer economic relief to Iran in exchange for a pledge never to develop nuclear weapons. But it leaves out essential details such as the future of Tehran's nuclear programme and its reserves of rich uranium, which must be addressed during the 60 days of heavy negotiations.
This is the start of a process. Positive results and results will become clearer as the process of” progresses, Andrabi said./ Periscope.
