I joined Central Election Commission Chairman Kreshnik Radoniqi and incumbent EU Chief in Kosovo Eva Palatova, on a visit to Pristina's Vote Counting Centre.

I was impressed by the commitment of the counting teams and observers, and I was interested in the new transparency measures that have been set. After the election results are certified, it will be time for political parties to do their part and establish institutions.
