Counting completed on 13 KKN KQZ explains procedures before diaspora vote count

CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi said that the process of verifying the results of the political subjects and counting the votes of candidates for MPs from the June 7th election is continuing at the Communist Centres.
Elez said that so far the process has been completed at 13 Community Counting Centre, while 55 per cent of the country's deployments have been processed.
“In the Municipal Counting Centres is continuing the process of verifying the results of political subjects from the completed forms in the poll after counting ballot ballots, as well as counting the votes of candidates for election deputies of June 7th 2026”, he said, eo.
The process of verification and counting has been completed in the 13 Municipal Counting Centres, meanwhile, the total number of process-processed deployments, which belong to all QKN (38), is 1,379 out of 2,498 seats, or 55%<1>, he said.
He said that the process of assessment of alleged package packages with ballots from voting outside Kosovo is continuing at the Counting and Results Centre.
“At the Counting and Results Centre is continuing the process of weighing the supposed package with ballots from voting outside Kosovo, respectively, from voting through mail that have so far been brought to Kosovo. The goal is to prove whether these packages were sent by registered voters through post-mail”, he said.
Elez announced that more than seven thousand packages of balloting have been approved so far, while some have been refused due to lack of documentation.
For the most part of the package that has been brought to Kosovo, the evaluation process has been subjected to more than 7 000, of which 7.153 have been approved, already 142 have been rejected. The most obvious reason why these packages have been rejected is because, in 114 cases, a document with unique data is missing, which the registered voter accepts by the CEC”, he said.
He said that on June 8th the process of withdrawing parcels from voting through mail in 22 different states has been completed.
On Monday, June 8th, the package withdrawal process belonging to voting outside Kosovo has been completed, respectively. The withdrawal of the ballot package is made from CEC mailboxes in 22 different states, as well as from the CEC mailbox in Kosovo. Out of 23 mailboxes, more than 85700 alleged ballot packages have been withdrawn, a portion of which have been brought to Kosovo”, he said.
Asked when the diaspora vote count will begin, Elez said that some verifiable processes at the Counting and Results Centre must pre-dominate.
“S first at the Counting and Results Centre are becoming several activities, meaning before counting out ballots to diplomatic representation, then voting from mail and balloting from conditional voting, as well as those of persons with special needs. The Central Election Commission is taking several actions. In this direction at the CNR, it is becoming the assessment of the supposed package by balloting outside Kosovo. The goal is to prove that they were sent by registered voters. Also at the Counting and Results Centre, a scan will be made of the list of eligible voters used at regular locations, of the list used in the vote of persons with special needs and voting on diplomatic representation. The goal is to compare data and calculate the eventual cases of double voting. So all these activities must be closed at the Counting and Results Centre before we start counting the balloting of these types that have been enabled outside the regular locations. A specific date at this stage will not be given to the fact that it depends on the dynamics of all activities that are being conducted by municipal counting centres, and also on the process of evaluating and verifying the supposed ballot package that is being carried out here”, he said.
