Counting and Calamination Process Ends in 13 Mayors

The Central Election Commission (KQZ) has announced that the process of verifying the results of political subjects and counting votes for candidates for MPs from early parliamentary elections on June 7th 2026 is continuing at the Municipal Counting Centre (QKN).
According to published data, today by 0900, the counting and verification process has ended in 13 municipalities: Junic, Shtrpce, Hani Elez, Partesh, Mamusa, Zubin Potok, Zvecan, Klokot, Novoberda, Obilic, Shtime, Ranillud and North Mitrovica.
CEC spokesman Valmir Elez has indicated that 1,379 out of the total 2,498 seats at the country level have been processed so far, making up 55.20 percent of the total number of deployments.
“Meanwhile, the counting and verification process is continuing at 25 Municipal Counting Centres, including municipalities with the largest number of deployments such as Pristina, Prizren, Ferizaj, Gjakova, Peja, Gjilani and Podujevo”.
According to him, after completing the count of each poll, the results are broadcast on the official platform of results, enabling them to publish in real time.
The vote counting process for MPs candidates and verification of results forms is under the administration of early elections for the Kosovo Assembly, held on 7 June 2026.
