Beyer: Kosovo politicians, leave state dysfunction behind, co-operate in electing Chief Parliamentary and President

German Bundestag MP Peter Beyer has called on parliamentary leaders and political parties in Kosovo to leave the state's <x0 functionality” after yesterday's elections.
Through a video published on Facebook, he calls for cooperation and coordination.
Honored Kosovo citizens, thank you very much for taking responsibility by participating in yesterday's parliamentary elections in Kosovo. And I call on all who have responsibilities in the political world -- politicians, political parties, the government, the opposition -- to be as responsible now, after the elections -- to leave the state's dysfunction, the entire country”, he said.
Beyer mentioned that Kosovo had <x009 elections within the last 16-17 months” and added that “this should be the history of the past”.
I therefore call on all politicians to co-operate and co-ordinate much better than in the past to make Kosovo, this big country with perspective and a prosperous future within the European Union, to make it fully functional, especially when it comes to choosing the Speaker of the Parliament, and also the president of the state”, he said.
Beyer said there is “very confident this will be realised”. / Periscope/
