Act of 6 people for 2022 barricades in the North, probes into Radojcih pending due to escape

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo through a communiqué for the media has indicated that it has filed a plea against six persons for criminal acts “Responding for activities against the Constitutional, aimed at attacking the Constitutional Order of the Republic of Kosovo” and “Pegim of the official person in carrying out the official task”.
The Special Prosecutor's Office reports that defendants D.M., D.D., M.R., N.J., N.O., and S.V. are charged that, from 10,12.2022 to 29.12.22, in northern municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, acting in co-ordination and through the use of force and violence, have hampered the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo in establishing constitutional order, exercising state authority and carrying out official duties in these municipalities.
According to the indictment, they have blocked major roads with heavy vehicles, including a truck loaded with gravel, ecstasy, ambulances, buses, and other vehicles.
Also, by their actions, it turns out that, in the event of the Kosovo Police's intervention to remove the barricades and restore freedom of movement, members of the group have been willing to attack police officials with tools available”, the prosecution's announcement said.
The prosecution has announced that it has already suspended investigations of several other people, including Milan Radojicicic, because so far the same is impossible for the prosecution's organs.
“While, against defendants M.R., A.S., A.F., A.J., R.S., S.A., D.V., S.P., V.R., M.R., and the M.R., have suspended investigations, as they are so far unattainable to the bodies of prosecution”, the prosecution reports.
