27 years of agreement ending Kosovo war

27 years ago, on 9 June 1999, Kumanovo's military-technical agreement was signed, with which the end of the Kosovo war was seen, and the handover of Serbia.
With this agreement, Serbia was forced to withdraw all its police and military forces from Kosovo.
The Kumanovo Agreement, between NATO and RFJ, took effect on June 11th 1999. It was signed by Michael Jackson, KFOR's first commander in Kosovo, and former Serbian Army Chief of Staff General Nebojsa Pavkovic, Hague war crimes indictee and genocide.
