(2 months ago)The Pristina Constitutional Prosecutorship, the General Department, respectively, reports that nine vehicles, suspected of being seized through the criminal act computer fraud, according to Article 277/K, of Law No.08/ L-188 to complete and change code number 06/L-074 Penal of the Republic of Kosovo.
“Secured modes are of different brands, respectively: Three (3) Set Leon car, two (2) Volkswagen Polo, one (1) Golf 8, one (1) Audi A6, one (1) Volkswagen Jetta and one (1) Peugeot 2008 Allure, call the prosecution.
The State Prosecutor has issued orders for the provisional ban on this property, aimed at securing it until the end of the criminal procedure, the report said.
