(2 months ago)The Special Unit has been seen leaving Skenderaj after citizens took to the streets for their concern about why the city was surrounded by numerous police forces.
From images published by Dukaagjini, Special Unit vehicles are seen leaving the site, broadcasting Periscope.
Kosovo police had earlier said the presence of special units in Skenderaj relates to an operational plan.
