Special Unit presence in Skenderaj, Koci: It's an insult not only to the citizens of that city, but to all of us.

Lawyer Arianan Koci has reacted to the presence of increased police forces in Skenderaj, calling the situation unnecessary and offensive to citizens.
Through a Facebook response, Koci said problems are not solved by force demonstration and that sending numerous police units to Skenderaj does not serve the calming of the situation.
The presence of major police forces in Skenderaj is an insult not only to the citizens of that city, but to all of us”, he stated.
According to Koci, Skenderaj is not a city that can be feared with a car or a large police presence.
“Skenderaj is not a city that fears with autoblinda and demonstration of strength. He has failed this many times”, he said.
He has called for unity and for lowering tensions, stressing that Kosovo has the biggest challenges to deal with.
Kosovo still has many open issues with Serbia. We have economic problems, political instability and other serious challenges. Our energy and attention should be focused on it, not on collisions between”, Koci said.
In the end, he urged political leaders to respond immediately to calm the situation and withdraw police from Skenderaj.
The “Liders, if they have and if they're mature, should respond immediately, calm down the situation and withdraw the police from Skenderaj. Right now! /Periscope/
