(2 months ago)The Hague Tribunal reporter Nevenka Tromp has spoken in an interview for possible scenarios of what will be the final decision of The Hague Specialised Chambers for KLA four, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi.
Tromp has said the first scenario is for all four to be cleared of all charges, the second scenario to be punished all and the third one for some to be punished and some to be released.
The third scenario according to Tromp is the most likely, however, it stresses that no one knows what the final decision will be.
It is important that the public in Kosovo realise that no one knows what the decision will be. It is possible that all four are acquitted. It is also possible for all to be punished. The third scenario is for some to be acquitted and some to be punished. These are three options. The first scenario, which many in Kosovo look forward to, is for all those accused to be acquitted. The second is the worst that all will be found guilty. The third, perhaps the most likely, is a combination of some that will be cleared of charges and some sentenced to”, has been declared for Kosovapress.
