According to point two of this indictment, accused Skender Krasniqi is accused of retaining unauthorised possession in violation of the applicable gun law, a knife he used to use to inflict fatal injuries now to the late F.Z., and three other knives that were found during the search of the house and court of defendants and have been seized.

By this, it is accused of committing criminal work “ownership, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366. paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1.1 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code. /Periscope/
