School technicians' salaries out in Pristina, strike suspended

Technical workers in several Pristina schools had gone on strike yesterday because they reportedly refused to accept monthly salaries.
Kosovo Independent Private Sector Union Chairman Yusuf Azemi has held meetings today with the union associations of technical workers from Pristina Schools where it was reportedly suspended after workers today accepted their salaries.
The strike has been suspended until May 25th, while it has been warned that if they do not link the work contracts by this date, they will cease the job.
Yusuf Azemi said the strike held yesterday had its effects as workers' salaries were executed today, suggesting that the effects of union action had effect.
In yesterday's strike, school technical workers had entered: “Dania”, “Asim Vokshi”, “Gjergj Fista”, “mail Kemali”, <x8Hasan Pristina” and other schools in the capital. /Periscope/
