Rutte: NATO understood Trump's message, agreements on use of military bases will be implemented

At the European Political Community Summit in Yerevan, Armenia, the Secretary General has arrived. NATO, Mark Rutte.
In a statement to the media, Rutte has stated that NATO European countries have taken into account the United States' dissatisfaction over restrictions on using bases in Europe for attacks on Iran.
“The US has expressed some dissatisfaction, but Europeans have taken this” into account, he said.
According to him, European countries are taking steps to ensure that existing agreements for bases are respected.
However, Rutte has declined to comment on a Donald Trump statement about plans to withdraw 5,000 American troops from Germany, where about 38,000 American personnel are currently stationed.
