War crimes Act against 6 former guards for mistreating Albanian prisoners

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has handed over to the Constitutional Court in Pristina two indictments with proposals for trial in absentia, for criminal work “War crimes against civil opposition”.
In the first case, the Special Prosecutor has filed charges against J.J. and A.S.
According to the indictment, the defendants -- former Pristina Prison Guardians and his parallel in Lipjan -- during 1998-1999 have mistreated Albanian prisoners, dehumanizing them by various means, such as batons, metal rods, kicks and fists until the tradeoffs. And they've been seriously killed.
In the second case, however, an indictment has been filed against four defendants -- L.S., D.L., S.A., B.S.
The defendants are charged that, in the quality of Pristina Prison Guardians - the women's parallel in Lipjan during the 1998-1999 war period, in co-ordination with the already accused N.C., they have systematically mistreated Albanian prisoners, tormenting them inhuman ways and causing physical and psychiatric violence. /Periscope
