Romania's defence chief shows why they failed to stop Russian fears that hit a residential building

The defence chief in Romania has declared Russian fears flying at very low altitudes and for very short periods, making it difficult to catch radar systems.
Brigadier General Gheorghe Maxime said the Russian fears that entered Romania's airspace remained only about four minutes on the country's territory.
According to him, radars and ground air defence systems were located near the town of Galai, where fear struck a residential building after a previous incident fearing in April, writes Skynews.
However, he stressed that these measures did not result effectively in preventing the building's overnight crackdown, writes Skynews.
Maxime explained that fears that violate Romanian airspace usually fly very low, staying under the capabilities of ordinary radar, which makes their discovery more difficult.
He also added that the American system against fears MERCOPS is currently in operation, but using it in an urban area this morning would have been extremely dangerous.
Romanian authorities are continuing investigations into the incident, while strengthening air protection remains in focus in border areas with Ukraine.
