REL: US gives green light to Kosovo's 14m-dollar arms

The US State Department has announced the American Congress on a proposed license to export protection items, technical data and defence services to Kosovo, worth $14 million or more, some sources within Congress have told Radio Free Europe.
The announcement was sent by the US State Department's Bureau for Legal Affairs, in accordance with Article 36] of the Law for Arms Export Control, Periscope broadcasts.
By document, announcement keeps transmission number DDTC 265017, and has been forwarded to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
Article 36ec requires the US administration to announce Congress on several proposed sales or permits of articles and defence services for foreign states.
The Congress document does not provide public details about the type of equipment or services involved in this license.
