(a month ago)The chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has been commemorating today in Decani and the Memorial complex in Glodjan the Kosovo hero, General Luan Haradinaj, as well as the national issue event, Smajl Haradinaj.
On this commemorative day, which corresponds to May 6th, the date of the birth of Gjergj Kastriote Skenderbeu, was marked the 29th anniversary of Luan Haradinaj's fall.
Luan Haradinaj's role in liberation organisations and his influence in mobilising the fighters who joined the freedom path until victory.
Ramush Haradinaj estimated that his sacrifice and heroism, as well as his fellow fighters, are the foundation of Kosovo's freedom.
He stressed that despite pain, pride in their sacrifice and heroism will always prevail.
