Prosecutor gives details of injuries last night in Pristina

The prosecution said it was informed by police that on the 1405.2026, at 9:40 p.m., on the street ali Sokoli) in Pristina, a person with initials A.V. remains wounded as a result of injuries caused by the firearm. The same has been sent for medical treatment to the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo (QKUK).

The guardian prosecutor has appeared at the scene together with the Kosovo Police, while with the State Prosecutor's decision the case has been initiated in the direction of the criminal act, the serious assassination in the attempt, according to Article 173 regarding Article 28 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.

The State Prosecutor, in co-operation and co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, is taking all necessary investigative actions for the full lighting of the case's circumstances, as well as identifying and arresting suspected persons concerning the case.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina said he would brief public opinion on further developments regarding the case. /Periscope
