Postponing the final decision, Behram: Special Handling Past Yugoslav Courts

The final decision in the trial case against former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders in The Hague has been postponed for 20 July.
Former President of The PDK, Artan Behram, last night at “The Special Edition” of Klan Kosova, has declared that postponing the north would increase the disbelief of Albanian citizens for the Special Court.
According to him, the Special Court in The Hague is even outnumbering Yugoslav courts.
They have now spent six years in custody. There is no court in the democratic world, which has held or is keeping someone in custody for so long. Even in Russia it's about 3,4 years of time held by a person in custody. So we're talking about a completely political court, which is also going through Yugoslav and Tita courts, about political persecution, about violation of human rights, about postponing trial processes”, said Behram.
