(a month ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec has indicated that in 16 months he has filed 139 charges against 142 people for criminal work “Construction without permission”.
And according to the official announcement, for the January-April 2026 period, following investigative actions by this institution, 27 charges were filed against 29 people for high-profile criminal activity.
“Foundation Procurory in Pec remains committed to fighting all criminal acts, with particular emphasis on construction without permission, taking concrete investigative and legal action against any person who acts in opposition to the law, with the aim of protecting judicial order and public interest”, the report said.
