PDK: Endless Zravaments have turned judicial process into institutionalised injustice in The Hague

The Democratic Party of Kosovo expresses its concern over the postponement of the court's declaration of justice to former KLA officials at the Special Court in The Hague.
This unwarranted delay is a follow - up to this protracted process, which has lost the sense of justice and has become a process influenced by political calculations. The last postponement is another blow to our belief in justice and an added injustice against former KLA leaders, who have been held in custody for about five and a half years, turning this measure into a silent punishment imposed through repeated delays.
The PDK calls on the international community and justice institutions to reflect and not allow this process to turn into an example of the failure of international justice.
The PDK remains steadfast in convincing the innocence of former KLA leaders and demands a final decision, without further delays, which will enable their return to Kosovo.
