Pacolli disappointed with political developments: Kosovo harming racial and personal interests

Former Kosovo President Behgjet Pacolli has talked about recent political developments in the country, expressing deep disappointment about the way the political scene is functioning.
He has said he is monitoring the situation “from the suburb” and neutralally, focusing solely on the interest of citizens and the state.
Pacolli, who in the past has also served as former chief of diplomacy and former deputy prime minister of Kosovo, has declared that political developments are being made mainly for party, clan, family and personal interests, unfortunately only at the expense of citizens.
I, from the suburbs, am observing the situation in neutral terms and only from the interest of citizens and the country. I want to say that I am very disappointed because I have clearly understood and see that political developments are being made mainly for party, clan, family and personal interests, unfortunately only at the expense of Kosovo citizens, its image and economic development of the country”, he told FrontOnline, broadcast Periskiopi.
He has added that citizens can already understand why, according to him, failed to accomplish their political goals.
“I very much hope that citizens are now understanding why I couldn't achieve my goals, which were only in the interest of citizens, their well-being and the state. I failed this mission because I was lonely and the citizen's vote did not enable the philosophy of honesty, interhuman respect, merityocracy, tolerance, positive image and economic development of the country” to be installed in Kosovo, said former President Pacolli.Periskiopi/
