(a month ago)The Central Election Commission (KQZ) has announced that there have been periods to register and identify voters with special needs for early elections for the Kosovo Assembly, to be held on 7 June 2026.
According to the CEC, this process allows citizens that, due to their physical state, health or other circumstances, they cannot come out in the polls, vote through mobile teams that will be engaged in every municipality in the country.
Electronic platform functional: vpnv. Kqz-x.org, while citizens can apply even physically to the Municipal Election Commissions.
The CEC has indicated that registration of eligible voters will last until 31 May, while obtaining limited movement voters in institutions until 1 June.
This category includes hospitalised persons, elderly people at home care, persons in mental health institutions, prisoners, detainees, and citizens in house arrest or under special security circumstances. /Periscope/
