Sunderland refuses 8m-euro offer from Chelsea for Jaka

Not only have Sunderland turned down Chelsea's first offer to Granit Jaka, but they have warned their rivals at Premier League that the midfielder is not for sale “with no price”.
Xabi Alonso is urging Chelsea's directors to transfer the former captain of Arsenal, Jaka, whom he trained to Bayer Leverkusen to Germany, writes Metro.
It's said that Jaka is willing to go to Stamford Bridge, while reports suggest he has already agreed to personal conditions with Chelsea.
However, Sunderland has made it clear from the beginning of this age of transfer that Jaka, who joined the club last summer after their return to Premier League, is not for sale.
