Former Israeli spy, Pollard: Israel to wage future war against Turkey, Egypt

Jonathan Pollard, a citizen of the United States who has worked as a spy for Israel, in a podcast for Israel's Arutz Sheva has spoken about the future of relations in the Middle East, even presenting his position on potential conflicts in this region.
Speaking of the Golan Heights case, which are currently occupied by Israel, Pollard said that if Syria tried to retake its territory, at the borders of Israel would reach Turkey, reports media.
I'm not sure we'll have such easy work with Turks as we had with Iran. I'm following Turkish military doctrine and the situation in the Middle East. A storm is coming”, the spy said.
He later stressed that a particular problem is the fact that Turkey is a NATO member and that Israel should <x0 is urgently to solve Iran and Hezbollah”.
Why am I obsessed with this now? Because we have to prepare for the next war, which will most likely be against Turkey and Egypt. I hope it doesn't happen, but you have to remember that this was the last demon from Pandora's box, and there's a reason for that”, he said in the podcast.
Pollard was sentenced to life in 1987 for stealing American intelligence data and handing them over to Israel. After decades of intense pressure from Israel and pro-Israel groups in the US, however, he was released from prison in 2015.
Since 2020 he has been living in Israel, where he arrived on a private plane owned by the Adelson family, an important donor for the American president's campaigns, Donald Trump. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyah was hosted at Tel Aviv.
Last year, a scandal occurred when US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee hosted Pollard at embassy facilities, despite a person convicted of selling American data.
Pollard has also run in the upcoming parliamentary elections in Israel, while his political platform is focused on the idea of shifting Palestinians from Gaza to Ireland. /Periscope
