In a written speech to mark the season of Islamic Haxhi, Khamene spoke of a new <x0ndrend"emerging for the Gulf region and the world, Telegraph broadcasts.
The United States not only will no longer have a safe haven for their wrongdoings and for the creation of military bases in the region, but day-to-day, are moving further from their previous status", Khamenei said.

More than ten weeks after he was declared Iran's new supreme leader following his father's assassination, Ali Khamenei, Iranians have not yet seen or heard Khamene, but he has issued some written messages.
