Iran's foreign minister will attend the UN meeting in New York due to"visa issue"

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Arghchi will not travel to New York for a meeting of the United Nations Security Council due to the <x0) general circumstances and the issue of American visa”, Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said on Monday.
