IPK Prosecution Act in three cities: Five officials and two citizens for bribery and corruption are being raided

Kosovo's Constitutional Prosecutor, has announced that, together with the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, two separate shares are under several Pristina locations, Fushe Kosovo, and, Obilic.
The report adds that these shares are under orders from the Pristina Constitutional Court for the raid of five official persons and two civilian/citizens suspected of involvement in criminal activists linked to several criminal acts, including: Misuse of official position or authority, violation of the secret of the procedure; Making statements through tribulation; Misuse of official information; Deception; Legislation of false restraint; Taking bribes; Payback.
According to initial suspicions and investigative actions undertaken to this phase of investigation, suspects in co-operation are suspected to be involved in criminal activities related to illegal property benefits, through the counterfeiting of property documents and the illegal change of their owners. Pristina, 07 May 2026-The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, respectively, announces the public opinion that, in co-ordination and close co-operation with the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK) and the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption, two separate shares are being translated into several locations in Pristina, Fushe Kosovo and Obilic.
Stocks are being realised under the Constitutional Court's ordinance in Pristina for the search of five (5) official persons and two (2) civilian/citizens suspected of involvement in criminal activities related to certain criminal acts, including: Misuse of the official position or authority, according to Article 144 of the Kosovo Republic's Criminal Code, ? The breach of the secret of the procedure, according to KPRK's Article 392, taking statements under KPRK's sentence under Article 194 according to the 395 KPRK's alleged use of official information, according to KPRK's Article 416, KPRCK's .
