(a month ago)The Special Prosecutor has filed charges against eight people for war crimes in Gjakova, writes Periscopi.
In a Facebook report, the prosecution said it filed charges against M.K., V.M., D.R., Mr.D., C.B., C.B.,M.I., S.S. and S.K for criminal work “war crimes against civilian population”.
According to the indictment, defendants from 24.03.1999 to 31.03. 1999, in the town of Gjakova, they have committed murder, deportation of the civilian population, destruction and plunder of their property.
