The incident in Skenderaj, who and why did the Special Unit carry the masks that revolted the citizens of Drenica last night?

The mid-day incident in the town of Skywright where the chairman of the Vetevendosje branch, Deputy Prime Minister Hysni Mehan and activist Bahri Zabel were left injured after the deployment of the Special Unit.

Vetevendosje claimed its members were attacked by Skyeraj chairman Sami Lushtaku, who denied saying citizens reacted after the call “Sami Serbia” Police reported that two people were arrested on this occasion, while two others, including Lushtak, were invited for interviews, who said until the announcement they did not respond to the call.

Weekend citizens took to the streets last night to oppose the presence of the Kosovo Special Police Unit after they linked it to the incident involving Deputy Prime Minister Mehan's Lushtaku, reports Express, broadcast Periscope

Police Director for the Mitrovica region, Aferdita Miclovci, said the Special Unit's deployment was a routine and operational issue, linked to regular control and police activities.

However, this version of Sėe accepted citizens who saw the presence of police as political pressure.

In front of the citizens came former delegation Ganimete Musliu, who demanded clarification from police as to why they happened there.

She called the police to answer that.

A part of the Special Unit has only an operational plan because it's getting closer and there's more vehicle flow, it's nothing to worry about, said the official on the phone, which Musliu had put up loud to record even the media that were present.

However, Musliu took this response as “ -- bringing it back to the citizens of Squirreled”.

In addition to the situation, Skyeraw's deputy leader, Fadil Nura, who described the <x0matomosphere state siege”, reacted.

“Stite, at midnight, at Freedom Square “Adem Jashari” in Skenderaj, many can sense the weight of a heavy symbolic. Not because history is repeating itself, nor because times are the same, but because every atmosphere of tension and curfew in this city raises memories that this country has paid dearly. When citizens start feeling pressure where they should feel freedom, then any power should reflect”.

After hours of tension and the collection of citizens, the Special Unit and other police forces left Skenderaj in the early hours of the morning, while citizens warned more reactions today.

This morning a reaction came from the mayor The PDK, Bedri Hamza, who said that last night “saw no good scenes”.

He said that Kosovo Police, at the Government's command, sent special units to Drenica “with the back of pressure and demonstration force”.

Hamza also left a message to incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

“I order the incumbent prime minister to interrupt propaganda, interrupt hatred and, above all, immediately stop provocations and misuse of the state for his party scenarios. It cannot prevent voter abandon with dangerous divisive scenarios. Stop, Albin”, wrote Hamza.

He called on PDK voters and all citizens to remain calm and focus on June 7th.

We're going to vote on our response to the division policy”.

Meanwhile, the KLA War Veterans' Organisation has invited a press conference, which is expected to be held at the offices of this organisation in Skenderaj by 10:30.

For yesterday's incident, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica came out with a communiqué explaining the actions they took.
