(2 months ago)The deputy head of the Skyeraj municipality, Fadil Nura, said they have not yet received an official invitation from the Prosecutor for yesterday's incident in Skenderaj, where Vetevendosje branch chairman Hysni Mehani and activist Bahri Zabel remained hurt.
These two allegedly were physically assaulted by Lushtaku.
At a news conference today, Nura was asked for the Mitrovica Constitutional Prosecutor's statement, which said Lushtaku has not responded to the invitation to interview as a suspect, but Noura denied this.

The case has been taken from the central level, from Pristina, and is in procedure to interview a part of the witnesses. Nura said Lushtaku is out of business today.

He said they express indignation as an institution for last night's “presence of an extraordinary police move in Skenderaj”.

Nura added that “2 officials who weren't at the scene were detained in police yesterday night sometime in the afternoon”.
