Hashim Thaci relates the emotional meeting with Adem Demac before independence: Do not lose time after sound colors

Former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has shared an emotional tale about the meeting with renowned Albanian event, Adem Demacci, the day before Kosovo's declaration of independence.
Thaci in exclusive interview in “ ” with Arben Ahmeti on Channel 10, has shown that on the evening of February 16, 2008, after closing with his team all preparations for the February 17th historic session, he felt that something was missing.
I felt something was wrong, something was missing. I wanted to meet Demach”, he confessed.
According to Thaci, he had initially demanded that Demac stay in Pristina during that historic weekend, but then decided to meet him personally.
I wanted to visit him at home, but he decided to come into my” office, Thaci said.
He has described the warm and friendly atmosphere of the meeting, where Demach had given him support and advice on the coming historic day.
“Boll, we've been walking and running as a people, but we're well done. Don't listen too much to the left and to the right, down the top, but do this job tomorrow I'll be there”, Demaci was quoted as saying.
Thaci has indicated that during the meeting he had informed Demac that the state of Kosovo would have its flag, anthem and state symbols.
“Bacca, is becoming the state, don't lose time after the colors and sounds of music, today it's not your business these”, Demach answered.
According to Thaci, Demac had also read the text of the Declaration of Independence, which was to be presented the next day for voting and signing.
