Gucati: For the first time in special, documents were handed over with OVL-KLA logo

The chairman of the KLA War Veterans' Organisation, Hysni Gucati, has stated that the petition with over 200,000 signatures, which surrendered May 6th to the Special Court, represents citizens' support for former KLA leaders being tried at The Hague.
While he said that for the first time in this court, documentation with the OVL-KLA logo has been submitted.
Gucati said that the petition has been handed over along with accompanying documentation in Albanian and English, while showing O delegation The VL-KLA is hosted by the Special Court administration prior to the official term of the meeting.
It's true, we as veterans' organization along with some students from Prizren and other countries have arranged a petition where we've come where we thought, we've thought a little bit more to be, to be honest, about 300 thousand just as much as 300 thousand can do, we've made 200 and a thousand of these are signatures, and we've handed them over on Wednesday, May 6th. We have delivered them directly to the Special Court, where there has been an extraordinary reception, to surprise us for the good this time that happened before”, he told EO.
He said the Special Court administration has shown high accuracy during the petition accession, and that he and Salih Bissim were not controlled by security, unlike at other times.
“has been a very high correction, the highest level. It wasn't security to control us. They're 30 minutes ahead of schedule, because we've had the term at 11:00, they're out at 10:30, we've been watched by cameras and security has arrived. That's where we've been asked, we have the market that brought in the petitions, you call someone, they've called the administration. The administration is out and we're in the Special Court. And we've submitted all the petitions to a routine check that those in authority to control them, but Salih and I have not checked. We've been surprised the first time you've ever checked us out. And they got the petitions, we got the market on how many pages they're asking us how many pages we've said there's about 9,000 pages of 25 names, said he.
Gucati said that for the first time in special court facilities, the OVL-KLA logo documentation has been submitted, which he said has attracted the court administration's attention.
“Yes, what has been an interesting interest in them, the petition is handed over with the logo of the War Veterans Organisation, red is the Association of War Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Headquarters, Pristina, even a few of you have been surprised to see it, that they are strictly forbidden the signs of every army, and for the first time this logo enters the court, at the Special Court. Our logo came in here and they accepted it. We also told him: “We have officially submitted-accession”. Everything has been with protocol”, he said.
He said the petition has no legal effect, but according to him has human and human effect, as it shows citizens' support for former KLA leaders.
I know that there's no legal effect, I'm aware of this job, I realize that there's no legal effect. There is also the human effect that Albanians are in support of people being unjustly held in prison at The Hague. It means it has human and human effect that shows that 200 thousand signatures, 200 thousand people have signed that the Kosovo Liberation Army has not been a criminal army”, he said.
Gucati said that through documentation handed down to The Hague, they have sought justice, equal treatment and the release of former KLA leaders.
It's unfair this session that we've been holding, and the document we've written here requires justice and equality in documentation, is in Albanian and English, where it's handed over, that together with the petition we should submit the documentation of what you're looking for. And we have handed over the documentation we ask: we seek the release of our friends, we demand that the court be not unilateral, we demand that the court be not political, and we demand that any evidence of their material be based on reality and not on Serbia's lies, or on the lies of some who have gone there and lied or lied publicly. So this is written in Albanian and English, in two languages it's written, all with OVL logo- The KLA and our seal and with my signature as war veterans' head”, he said.
He also commented on the 60-day postponement of the plea to former KLA leaders, saying it is important that the decision is positive for them.
The most numerous “in The Hague where we heard the news, a very bad news that was postponed for 60 days (the opening of the act). And we reacted immediately, we made a reaction as an organization. I'm not afraid. Even if I push, I might as well be getting loose later. With the importance of releasing them, I care about me today or tomorrow, the sooner the better the verdict is on our positive side, the better possible and the more in our reality”, he said.
He said he expects former KLA leaders to be acquitted, adding that Albanian citizens are looking forward to their release.
“So I know we wait without patience, not just me as chairman of the organisation as well as as as veteran all Albanian citizens everywhere are looking forward to their release. And I, not that someone told me, but that's how my heart feels, and I think in my brain that they will be released by God's name. They will come out innocent knowing who they've been dealing with and who they've been dealing with, with people who have rights, letters or documentation they've got from Serbia, from Vucic and the others they've been working with and getting documents where you know the latest report of the ombudsman together with an English organization that's out of violation of things, and here I believe they're going to be free of”, he said.
The organisation of Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans' War has handed over on May 6th to the Special Court the national petition for the release of former KLA leaders being tried there.
We remember that about two months before the announcement of the KLA Fourth Special Decision in The Hague was handed over 200 thousand signatures collected in defence of war values.
