The result of the elections, P ZAP rejects all complaints

The Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP) has rejected the complaint filed by Emily Rexhepi, concerning the decision by the Central Election Commission (KQZ) to declare final election results.
The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP) has rejected two complaints filed by NDS deputy chairman Emilia Rexhepi, who had sought verification and investigation of votes won by some non-communal communities, claiming manipulation and violation of authentic representation.
In first complaint ( ZP.Ar.58/2026), Rexhepi had contested Serbian subject's votes “Za slobodu, Pravd to optak”, which took place at six locations at the Bosniak venues of the Prizren municipality (Recan, Upper Lubinje, Downside Ljubljana, Monastery, Gerncar and Planaja), stressing that in these areas, according to official demographic data, there is no real presence of the Serb community.
While in second complaint ( ZP. Anr.57/2026), she had highlighted another major disproportion in the village of Velesh, where “ (Bosnian companies) had received 94 votes, despite the fact that according to census A SK/ReKos 2024, this village has a total of 395 inhabitants, of whom 394 are Albanians and only one is Bosnian.
PZAP, consisting of judges Ramush Bardiqi (chief), Hidajete Gashi Alaj and Kujtim Pasouli (members), has decided over the Serbian List's political subject complaint, headquartered in northern Mitrovica.
The complaint was filed against Central Election Commission decision (KQZ) No. 01-1375-2026, dated 27.06.26, for announcing the final results of the upcoming elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, held on June 07th 2026.
According to the panel, allegations of unfair votes in areas without the Serb community are groundless, as voting rights are personal, equal and secret, while the voter list contains no data on ethnic affiliation.
Until, P ZAP has rejected the complaint filed by Bekim Haxhiu, the candidate for MP from the PDK ranks as unmet.
The complaint involved the CEC's decision to announce the final results of the June 7th 2026 elections, which the complainer considered inaccurate and unverified.
According to PZAP, allegations of irregularities during counting and recounting do not last, while the recount process at the QNR has not proved violations that would affect the final results. / Periscopi/
