Thaci's lawyer questions justice at The Hague: The special just passed another prosecution appeal, all our appeals have been rejected.

Luka Misetic, the lawyer of former Kosovo president Hashim Thaci, announced in a post on X that the Special Court's Appeal just approved another prosecution appeal.
He noted that all Prosecution appeals have been approved, while all defence side appeals have been rejected by the Appeals panel.
“The Appeals Bar of Specialised Chambers in the trial of Hashim Thaci for disrespect of the court once another prosecution appeal was approved. Current balance on his two issues still under consideration: • Prosecutorial Appeals: 3 out of 3 adopted (100% success) • Defence Appeals: 44 out of 44 rejected (100% failure)”, he wrote.
The lawyer said the Special Court should sign an assessment after its mandate ends, questioning the justice of this court.
When Kosovo's Specialised Chambers submit to an inevitable assessment after their mandate ends, judicial justice will be one of the main topics of debate”, he wrote.
