(2 months ago)The action of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina and Economic Crimes, launched on Wednesday morning, has ended at the Kosovo Cadastral Agency, writes Periscope.
According to the communiqué, the action has been carried out at the order of the Constitutional Court in Pristina for control of suspects related to several criminal acts.

The announcement does not reveal whether there are persons arrested but mentions several suspects involved in the case.
According to the prosecution, defendants A.Q. and N.K. They are suspected of using a forged document for wealth gain.
And N.C., in interaction... they used a forged document entitled ʹcontacts for exchange of incompatibility of 11.02.1966...”
A court official is also reportedly suspected of involvement.
The prosecution also points out that official A.B. Suspected of abuse of duty.
Suspect A. B... is suspected of misusing official duty by creating a cross-space file...”
Meanwhile, two officials from the Kosovo Cadastral Agency are also mentioned in the communique.
“B... allegedly exceeded their competencies... by forcing Pristina's municipality to register the property on his behalf.”, the prosecution has now announced.
