(a month ago)U n EFA has decided not to follow FIFA's example of inserting red automatic cards to players covering their mouths when facing an opponent or leaving the field in protest of a judge's decision.
The organisation specifying football rules, International Football Association Board (IFAB), adopted these regulations last month at FIFA request and they will take effect on June 1st, with what cases judges will be instructed to implement at the World Cup.
