These are all decisions made by the government in office at today's meeting.

According to a report by the Kosovo prime minister's office at this meeting, several decisions have been made.

Full announcement:

1. Final Decision Adopted for Exploitation for Public Interest in Former Social Real Property for the Need of Offerer for Air Navigation Services of the Republic of Kosovo (former - A SHNA), the Cadastral Vrelele of Golesh and Mirina, the Lipjan municipality, the Kadastral Zatriq Zone, the municipality of Rahovec, the Kadastral Mramor area, the Pristina municipality and the Kadstrale Baygora, the South Mitrovica municipality.

2. Adopted the Ministry of Finance's request for change and fulfillment of Government's No decision. 04/04, March 13, 2026. Through this completion, the total amount approved by 370,000.00 is raised for 3.150.90, reaching the total value of 373,150.90, (three hundred seventy-three thousand one hundred fifty-nine euro), for the International Development Association (Internal Development Association IDA), with the aim of covering the difference created by fluctuations in the currency course

3. Adopted by the Ministry of Labour, Families and Values of the Liberation War, for the change and fulfillment of Government's decision No. 22/39, on October 13th 2021, for the establishment of the Ministerial Commission for the European Congress of Youth.

4. Founded the Ministerial Commission for the European Centre for Children's Guarantee.

5. Founded the National Council for Safety and Health at Work.

6. Adopted extensions of the Stage Implementation Plan for Youth Guarantees 2026.

7. Adopted the Decision to Change and Fulfill the Government's Decision to Establish the Government Commission for Recognition and Verification of the Status of Violenced Persons During the Kosovo Liberation War, No. 06/143, of April 28, 2017, modified and fulfilled with the decision No.02/54, January 12th, 2022, and Decision No. 12-214, July 24, 2024.

8. Adopted the decision to update the State Strategic List for Military Goods, referring to the European Union List, about goods being put under control because of national security, foreign policy, public safety, or human rights.

9. The Final Decision for Exploitation for Public Interest of Real Property of Owners and Interest Owners, which is affected by the realisation of the “Old Archarrea of the City of Gjilan, Llot 1 and Llot 2, the Shilova cadastral areas, Livoc of the Low and Gjilan, the municipality of Gjilan.

10. Adopted the Final Decision for Exploitation for Public Interest of Real Property of Owners and Interest Owners, which is affected by the realisation of Project “rehabilitation, Enlargement and the Asphalation of the National Road R18, the segment within the village of Museum, cadastral area: Exactly, the Suhareka municipality”.

11. Adopted the Final Decision for Exploitation for Public Interest in Real Property Owners and Interest Owners, which is affected by the implementation of the project to expand the superficial coal explosion project for electricity production of the Kosovo Energy Corporation ( KEK-S. A.), cadastral areas: Siboc, Shipitule, Leskoschi, Hades and Palaj, the Obilic Community.

12. Adopted the decision to further examine the request for public interest in former social real estate, managed and managed by the AKP, which are necessary for the implementation of several Podujevo municipality projects.

13. Adopted the decision to further examine the request for public interest in former social, managed and managed real estates managed by the AKP, which are necessary for project implementation: Construction of the Animal Market, cadastral area: Downstairs and Green Market Construction, cadastral area: Podujevo, Podujevo Community.

14. 16. Adopted by the Ministry of Local Power Management, for relocation of budgetary means in many 1,000.00.00 (a million euros), up to 25% of the negatively affected division of the total value of the budget category “Capital Investation” approved for under the “Central Administration” programme.

17. Adopted the decision to change and fulfill Government No decision. 05,220, dated September 11, 2024, modified and fulfilled with decision No. 09 280, December 12th 2025.

18. Information about the Lawful Education Report of the Communists' Courts for 2025.

Nineteen. Adopted decision to appoint Central Public Company Board Director “Energy Development Corporation ESCorp, these candidates:

1.1. Bujar Haja, presiding;

1.2. noble Moses, member;

1.3. Violet Arifi '% Krasniqi, member;

1.4. Mimoza Byqmeti, member.

20. Adopted the Final Decision for Exploitation for Public Interest in former Social Property KBI Erenik, for the need to realise the project: “Building the Industrial Defence Zone”, cadastral area: Jahoc, the Gjakova municipality.

21. It divided budgetary means, to many 1,000.000 (a million euros), for the implementation of the 1.9m-euro mass employment support of people from the non-US Community Economic Renewal Pack.

22. He divided budgetary vehicles into many of the 90,599.56, (nine thousand five hundred ninety-nine euros and six cents) for the Podujevo municipality, to complete the project “The sewage treatment facility at Podujevo” through the Investment Club.

23. Adopted the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport's request for increased spending limits, at many 15,000.000.00 (five, 17m euros) for the “Resilience of the X Railway Line (Kosovo Mountain Mountain of Elez)” from the borrowing funds “Klausola of Investment”. /Periscope
