(2 months ago)Today, 7 May completes the deadline for political parties in the Republic of Kosovo to announce the Central Election Commission regarding participation, or even non-participation in early elections, to be held on 7 June 2026.
Yes, today 7 May also completes the deadline for the declaration of political parties in case of the pre-election coalitions.
The Central Election Commission is continuing to implement plan and activities dealing with the June 7th elections.
Meanwhile, the process of verifying the polling centre has begun on Wednesday!
For early elections for the Kosovo Republic Assembly, held on June 7th 2026, voters can already verify and change their polling centre.
Verification and changing polling stations are done through: CEC platform: https://qv.kqz-x.org/ and the Communist Election Commission Office
The deadline for changing the polling centre is until 17 May 2026. You can only change the polling station within your municipality.
The CEC has already approved the list of polling stations in this election. The number of polling stations will be 949, of them 911, will serve a fair vote, while 38 others in each municipality will be organised on bail.
