The CEC sets 48 diplomatic representation of the physical vote: That's all they can vote for.

The CEC made the decision to approve the list of polling stations in diplomatic representation and set the maximum number of voters who could be registered for physical voting on June 6th.
Under the CEC decision, the voting process is scheduled to be organised at 48 diplomatic representations with a total of 70 seats, of which 33 embassies and 15 consulates. Meanwhile, the maximum number of voters who can register to vote at these polling stations is 66,450.
Restriction of the maximum number of voters who can register applies only to the vote on diplomatic representation, while the number of voters who can register for voting via mail is unlimited. In the event of meeting the maximum number of voters in diplomatic representation, according to the application-time principle, the applicant will be directed for recording other ways of voting through mail.
