British Defence Minister Comes to Kosovo, Meets KFOR Commander

British Ambassador to Kosovo Jonathan Hargreaves has indicated that British Defence Minister Lord Vernon Coaker has come to Kosovo.

Hargreaves disclosed that he has met with KFOR Commander Ozkan Ulutas, with whom they have discussed the current security situation.

“Tonight we welcomed Lord Vernon Coaker to Kosovo. This evening he met with KFOR Mission Commander Major General Ozcan Ulutas, and Brigadier General Schulte-Borghoff, Director of the NATO Consulting Team”.

“Lord Coaker reaffirmed commitment to NATO's KFOR. They discussed the current security situation, KFOR's role in maintaining a safe environment for all, as well as the continued contribution of the United Kingdom for peace and security in the region”, he wrote.
