(a month ago)Blerim Kuci, the LDK deputy candidate, has visited the residents of Budakova and Stravuccia, with whom he announced that they discussed concerns “that Kosovo is entering a dangerous constitutional uncertainty”.
Kuci emphasises that “out months of the President's Task Officer's Office are running out, while the Assembly is disbanded. On 4 October, Kosovo risks staying without president and without the U.D. President”
The institutional “Vakum is unacceptable to a democratic state and requires immediate reaction”, he says.
It considers that “urgently needs constitutional clarity, functional institutions and serious solutions before the crisis returns to precedent”.
Koci claims that “deputy will commit to addressing this issue as priority, with full state expertise and responsibility, until the complete closure of legal gaps”.
