According to sources, 57-year-old had become a constant concern for local residents, who had several times filed police complaints about running high-speed and drunk vehicles.
In fact, just the day before, a resident had nearly avoided an accident with his minor nephew. It is learned that he had been punished earlier by the police, while on two occasions he was denied permission of direction because of the driving of the drunk vehicle.
