Alliance elects Ardian Djindin new chairman Haradinaj appoints Chairman of Honor

The new Alliance chairman has been elected Ardian Gjini, following the vote conducted under the party's X Election Assembly works.
According to the Alliance's communiqué, after completing the solemn part of the Parliament, delegates voted for the election of the new party chairman, where of 461 delegates as soon as they participated in the election process, 453 voted for Djind, 2 against, 1 abstained, while 5 votes resulted in invalid.
Following the works, delegates also approved statuteary changes, including changing party name from “Alliance for the Future of Kosovo” to “Alliance”.
Likewise, the Parliament chose the chairman of the party's Honour, where it will hold Ramush Haradinaj, as well as the composition of the Council of Honor.
The delegates also chose the General Council with 106 members. According to the communiqué, this composition will be added to the new leadership after the transition, as well as three representatives from the diaspora that have received the most votes in the Assembly.
The Alliance announced that the framework has successfully closed the internal electoral process, launched on 12 February, naming it as evidence of the organisation, unity and dedication of party structures at every level.
In the end, the Alliance thanked the structures, delegates and members for the contribution made during the process, congratulating successes for the new chairman, Ardian Gjini, and all elected to new responsibilities, in the function of strengthening the Alliance and engagement for Kosovo.
