Albanian Ambassador to Kiev details from the Russian attack: The rocket even penetrated shelters, there was panic among children

Albanian Ambassador to Kiev Ernal Philo, who escaped the Russian missile attack in his apartment, confessed in an interview of details about the attack.
He said this has been the longest attack in time since the Russian invasion of Ukraine with powerful missiles.
“Sulmi started at 10:00 last night and lasted until 6 am. Since we opened the embassy, this has been the longest attack in time. They were powerful missiles like Iscarnder, Zirkon. The rumor that Oresnic may have been used. It has been the most devastating attack since the Russian attack on 2022”, he stressed in the A2 CNN interview, broadcasts Periscope.
Albania's ambassador indicated they were warned of the attack and forced along with other residents to go down to the shelter, but stressed that attack was as powerful as the missile infiltrated it.
We have received information and from government sources in Kiev and our partners, and we co-ordinate with the diplomatic body when such warnings are made and we immediately land in the shelter. The attack has been very powerful that the missile has managed to penetrate even the shelter, and we have felt that we have had gunpowders, and it has become a huge smoke, and we've been scared of the residents, that I live and others in this building, and that there were kids who were scared out there that you couldn't breathe then the emergency teams came and we've been back and we've stayed until 6 in the morning”, he said.
The ambassador stresses that despite Russia's statements that the war is coming to an end it is not happening at all in reality. /Periscope
