US says 51 ships were seized as part of the blockade of Iranian ports at Hormuz

In recent updates, the American Central Command has announced that 51 ships have been redirected to date as part of the Iranian port blockade.

A U.S. Navy man who stands on the board of remote-controlled USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112) monitors flight operations in the Arabian Sea while American forces enforce the naval blockade. To date, 51 ships have been instructed to return to port in order to prevent commercial ships from entering or leaving Iran.” wrote on X.
